Bianca Waldie is an archaeologist with 8 years experience, primarily focusing on Aboriginal archaeology and cultural heritage management. Her skills and expertise are in project and team management, client and stakeholder negotiations, legislative and regulatory requirements, heritage identification, recording, excavation and skeletal analysis. Bianca’s expertise also extends to lab work, including bone collagen and apatite extraction for stable carbon, nitrogen and oxygen isotope analyses.
Bianca is currently finalising her PhD at Flinders University of South Australia. Her work is focused on an investigation of diet and mobility through the bone chemistry of early South American populations at the Fénix Archaeological Complex in central Chile.
