Anthropology & Cultural Values Assessments
ACHM anthropologists are engaged in native title research, community liaison, meeting facilitation, the collection of preservation evidence and providing heritage clearances and site recording on behalf of our clients or traditional owners throughout Australia.
Senior native title anthropologists are also able to assist clients with strategic advice on the likely impact of the Native Title Act on their project.
In Particular, ACHM anthropologists are engaged in:
- Ethnographic Survey and Reporting to section 18 standard in Western Australia,
- Cultural Values Assessments in Queensland,
- Cultural Values Assessments undertaken to comply with NSW Office of Environment and Heritage guidelines for proponents for Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Reports.
